Zapier Review 2026 — SaaS & Productivity, Pricing & Verdict

AR360 Rating : 7.8 / 10
Zapier automates no-code workflows between more than 9,000 apps, but its interface and help centre are available only in English.

Our Verdict

Zapier automates no-code workflows between more than 9,000 apps, but its interface and help centre are available only in English.

Zapier connects more than 9,000 apps. The visual editor, supported by Copilot (an AI assistant in beta), makes it possible to build workflows without writing a single line of code, even for non-technical users. However, the free plan is too restrictive to validate a real SMB workflow (100 tasks/month, two-step Zaps only). The interface and the help centre are available only in English, which is an obstacle for Francophone teams.

How this review was conducted

This review is a documentary assessment. It is based on Zapier's public interface, its published pricing and publicly available information, as recorded on 2026-06-01. No field test was carried out: no subscription, no purchase and no exchange with customer support took place. Some items were checked again on 2026-10-08 against the official pages cited. Pricing and terms change: check them on Zapier's own site before you decide.

The evaluation covered all the key dimensions of the tool: free plan, editor ergonomics, feature richness, infrastructure reliability, integration ecosystem, Canadian billing and quality of French-language support. Each criterion was scored out of 10 based on a factual analysis of the available features, published pricing terms and Zapier's official support policies.
