Our Verdict
ClickUp is a very comprehensive all-in-one project management tool with an exceptional free plan, but its learning curve hinders its adoption in Quebec.
ClickUp stands out for its functional richness: 15+ views, automations, integrated Docs, OKRs, native time tracking and AI. The free plan offers unlimited members and tasks, but time tracking and goals are limited to 100 uses, AI to a trial and storage to 60 MB. Its integration ecosystem (more than 1,000 connectable tools, native or third-party, and a public API with webhooks) makes it a credible productivity hub for well-equipped SMEs. However, the dense interface creates real cognitive overload for new users. The major pain point for Quebec businesses remains USD-only billing. The app and the help centre are available in French, but ClickUp does not offer telephone support.
How this review was conducted
This review is a documentary assessment. It is based on ClickUp's public interface, its published pricing and publicly available information, as recorded on 2026-06-02. No field test was carried out: no subscription, no purchase and no exchange with customer support took place. Some items were checked again on 2026-10-09 against the official pages cited. Pricing and terms change: check them on ClickUp's own site before you decide.
The evaluation was conducted by the editorial team based on an in-depth analysis of features, pricing conditions, and requirements specific to the Canadian and Quebec markets. The scores reflect an exploration of the free and paid plans, including the review of integration capabilities and published information on billing and French-language support. No prolonged field test period was recorded, which invites nuance in the conclusions about daily user experience.
Criteria Breakdown

Suitable for tech teams and informed professionals. |
| Canadian billing | 5/10 | 5 % | USD-only billing. |
| Reliability & uptime | 7/10 | 5 % | Real-time public status page (status.clickup.com), component by component. Infrastructure hosted on AWS in a fully redundant environment; Enterprise customers choose to host their data in the United States, Europe or Asia Pacific. |
| Feature depth | 9/10 | 20 % | Very comprehensive all-in-one tool: tasks (subtasks, checklists, dependencies), Docs (integrated wiki), Goals (objectives and OKRs), agile Sprints, native Time Tracking, Whiteboards, customizable Dashboards, Automations, Mind Maps, ClickUp AI (summaries, writing), 15+ views (list, board, Gantt, calendar, table, workload, map).
