Zoom Pro Review 2026 — SaaS & Productivity, Pricing & Verdict
Our Verdict
Zoom Pro remains a solid reference in video conferencing thanks to its ease of use and reliability, but its limited French-language support makes it an imperfect choice for Quebec users.
Zoom Pro is a very mature video conferencing tool, with an intuitive interface that requires virtually no learning curve. Its reliability and the richness of its features — breakout rooms, whiteboard, cloud recording — make it a robust choice for professional teams. The integration ecosystem with Slack, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is particularly well developed. On the other hand, the French-language help centre is incomplete: some articles exist only in English, and the language of support is not specified.
